Hypnosis is simply an altered state of consciousness. While in hypnosis a state of relaxation is achieved with a focused concentration. The individual always maintains control and awareness.
Hypnosis is a highly effective tool that can be used successfully in many areas of life. By working with the highly suggestible subconscious mind it allows us to access our highest level of potential. It’s a part of us that holds a tremendous amount of wisdom just waiting to be realized. In this process you’re able to uncover alternative/healthier ways of thinking, feeling and behaving so that you can shift your experiences and allow for positive transformations to take place in areas of your life that need it most or that you’d simply like to improve and enhance.
During a session energy healing may also be used to help in the healing process and is extremely effective when applied while in hypnosis.

What happens in a session?
First we will talk in confidence about your goals and what you’d like to accomplish. Prior to going into hypnosis we’ll walk through and you’ll experience different techniques that you can use on your own. You’ll then go into a beautifully relaxed state where we will work with your deep inner mind – this is where the transformation process begins. It’s during this time that energy healing can be used effectively as well to help facilitate any areas of healing that is needed. I’ll also record a CD for you to use daily following our session that is a helpful tool to support the desired outcome.
Important notes for your hypnotherapy session:
1. Some people go into hypnosis very lightly, some deeply, most people are right in the middle.
2. You are always in control and always aware of everything happening.
